Dealer Direct Advises on Sale of Baywest Auto Group to 401 Group

Dealer Direct Advisory is pleased to announce the successful completion of the sale of the Baywest Auto Group — comprising Baywest Toyota, Baywest Nissan, and Baywest Mitsubishi — to the 401 Group of Companies, one of Canada's largest and most respected automotive retail organizations.

The transaction involved three rooftops in Owen Sound, Ontario, and required extensive coordination across multiple OEM approval processes, real property considerations, and a complex multi-party negotiation. Dealer Direct Advisory acted as exclusive sell-side advisor to Reg MacDonald, the former dealer principal of the Baywest Group.
