The expansion extends the firm's ability to source and qualify cross-border buyers for Canadian dealership mandates — and to advise international clients seeking entry into the Canadian and North American automotive retail market.

The international platform builds on the firm's existing cross-border advisory work, which has included transactions involving buyers from the United States, the Middle East, and Asia. The formal expansion reflects growing demand from international capital sources seeking exposure to Canadian automotive retail assets.
