Dealer Direct Canada Evolves into Dealer Direct Advisory

Dealer Direct Advisory is pleased to announce the formal evolution of the firm from Dealer Direct Canada to Dealer Direct Advisory — a rebrand that reflects the significant expansion of the firm's advisory platform, geographic reach, and service capabilities since its founding.

The new name captures what the firm has become: a full-service dealership advisory practice serving dealer principals, dealer groups, family offices, and institutional acquirers across Canada, the United States, and internationally. The Dealer Direct Advisory brand reflects the firm's commitment to principal-led, relationship-driven advisory — not brokerage.

'Dealer Direct Canada was the right name when we were building our Canadian practice,' said Paul Stern, co-founder and Managing Partner. 'But the firm has grown well beyond that. We are advising on transactions in multiple provinces, working with international buyers, and expanding our valuation and strategic advisory practices. Dealer Direct Advisory is the name that reflects who we are today and where we are going.'

The rebrand does not affect the firm's ownership, leadership, or advisory team. Paul Stern and Charles J. Saleh continue to lead all mandates. The firm's contact information, advisory approach, and commitment to confidentiality remain unchanged.

Dealer Direct Advisory advises dealer principals on sell-side and buy-side transactions, formal valuations, franchise and OEM advisory, and long-term strategic planning. All mandates are led personally by the firm's principals.
